I have a revolving “slightly obsessed” list of foods and gadgets , and this recipe uses a few of my top picks at the moment:
- spiralizer. Let’s just say IT. IS. AWESOME.
- arugula. It’s my green of choice right now. Something about that peppery bite spells perfection.
- quick fermented lemons. OK, I’m not slightly obsessed over these. I am extremely, highly obsessed… So much so that I’m working on a step by step tutorial yet to come!
